It’s late 2011, and Rob Hogema (Utrecht, 1975) and Marieke van der Weijden (Houten, 1984) are some of the first to start living in the first block (Block A) of the Piri Reïs Square. They rent an apartment on the first floor, without direct view on the mosque. Rob is part of a working group of the Homeowners Association (VVE) dealing with the mosque. They both work at an airline company and fully enjoy their home and the square. The mosque has become part of that now.
